Services to Make Your Stay Pleasant and Comfortable

Corona Regional Medical Center offers a variety of special services to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. 

Patient Liaison and Problem Resolution

If there is a problem, discuss it with your nurse. Alternatively, you may speak to the Nurse Manager/designee, who is responsible for what happens on the nursing unit. On evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, speak to the House Supervisor. You may also call the Patient Liaison, who is available to assist our patients during regular business hours. The Liaison is a professional trained to act on your behalf as an advocate. If you have any concerns regarding your care or questions pertaining to your stay here, the Liaison will meet with you privately and in confidence and then work with the appropriate hospital personnel to resolve any problem. The number for the Liaison is 951-736-6217. You may leave a message at this number 24 hours per day. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, or on the next regular business day.

Mail and Flowers

Mail and flowers are delivered daily to the nursing station on your floor. These will be brought to your room. Outgoing mail may be given to your nurse, left at the nursing station or deposited in the mailbox located in the main lobby. Stamps may be purchased from the gift shop.

For the Hearing-Impaired

A telecommunications device is available to help hearing-impaired patients or patients who want to communicate with a hearing-impaired relative or friend. Arrangements can also be made to have a sign language expert assist a hearing-impaired or deaf patient. For assistance, call the Patient Liaison at 951-736-6217. On weekends, evenings and holidays, call the House Supervisor at 951-736-6231.

Interpreters

The hospital has access to interpreters for a number of foreign languages should a patient require it. Please contact your nurse for assistance.
