Inpatient Behavioral Healthcare at The Willows
Patients at The Willows receive care from trained and experienced behavioral health professionals in a comfortable, therapeutic setting that ensures safety and security. The unit provides mental health treatment for adults age 18 or older. Comprehensive treatment is provided with a focus on three distinct patient populations:
- Adults
- Seniors
- Dual Diagnosis
Therapy is designed to meet the special needs of each person, whether in individual consultations or therapy groups. Therapy groups led by trained behavioral health specialists provide the opportunity for sharing experiences and insights. Patients who also have secondary acute medical problems can benefit from comprehensive nursing and physical therapy screenings.
The unit is locked for safety and accommodates voluntary and involuntary admissions. Entry into The Willows may by self-referral, referral by family members, caregivers or physicians, emergency departments, or others. There are medical parameters required for all psychiatric admissions.
Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
Outpatient behavioral health services are provided for individuals who do not require 24-hour support, but who would benefit from a treatment program in a structured and supportive environment.
The hospital provides a dual-level treatment program via PHP level (Partial Hospitalization Program) or IOP level (Intensive Outpatient Program). Services are provided Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Lunch and transportation are provided for both treatment options.
