Universal Health Services to Join Forces With Riverside Medical Clinic
Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement for a strategic alignment with Riverside Medical Clinic (RMC) located in Riverside County, California. Serving the community for over 85 years, RMC is a premier multi-specialty physician practice that employs more than 180 physicians and advanced practice providers in seven physician offices located in Murrieta, Eastvale, Jurupa, Temescal Valley and Riverside. In addition, RMC operates a Management Services Organization (MSO), employing 800+ team members.
In Southern California, UHS operates five acute care hospitals with a total of 800+ beds and 5,000+ employees – Corona Regional Medical Center, Southwest Healthcare System (Rancho Springs Medical Center and Inland Valley Medical Center), Temecula Valley Hospital and Palmdale Regional Medical Center – in addition to multiple urgent care centers, behavioral health hospitals and a physician network.
